LOW & MODERATE INCOME HOUSING
Evesham Township is committed to the availability of affordable housing in accordance with its 1999 Housing Element and Fair Share Plan. The Township, based on guidelines established by the New Jersey Coalition of Affordable Housing, has made provisions in its Land Use Element for the construction and rehabilitation of 553 affordable dwelling units.
Local income-eligible households are encouraged to participate in the Low and Moderate Income Housing Program.
