On motion by Councilman McKenna, seconded by Mayor Brown, it was moved to adopt Resolution No. 90-2010.

Council Comments: Councilman Croft stated that in comparing the local budget and the regional budget, he believes that the local school district set a precedent in budgetary cuts and contractual contributions.  He stated that the regional district did not follow suit.

He inquired regarding Abbott District funding.

Discussion followed on Abbott District funding formula.

Mayor Brown stated that he supported the budget since the district accepted salary freezes, made significant reductions and explored shared services.

Councilman McKenna, in agreement with Councilman Croft, stated that comparing the two districts, Lenape Regional did not do as much as the Evesham School District; however they did it first.  He supported decisions made by the district and recognized the last two budgets for having a tax reduction.
