Special Meeting
The Special Meeting of the Evesham Township Council was called to order by Mayor Brown at 4:00p.m. The meeting was held in the Meeting Room of the Evesham Township Municipal Complex at 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ 08053.
Flag Salute.
Mayor Brown announced that the meeting was being held in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act. Notice was sent to The Central Record and The Burlington County Times, posted on the Bulletin Board and sent to those who requested notification.

None.
ORDINANCES – FIRST READING
Ordinance No. 11-4-2011 – Bond Ordinance of the Township of Evesham in the County of Burlington, New Jersey, Authorizing the Issuance of Not to Exceed $5,500,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of General Obligation Refunding Bonds of the Township to Refund Certain Outstanding Bonds, and Appropriating the Proceeds of Such Refunding Bonds to Such Purpose
On motion by Councilwoman Hackman, seconded by Deputy Mayor Howarth, it was moved to introduce Ordinance No. 11-4-2011, with second reading and public hearing on April 12, 2011.
Council Comments: Township Manager Czerniecki explained that the ordinance allows the Township to refinance old debt with a potential savings of $170,000. He introduced and thanked Josh Nyikita of Acacia Financial Group, Inc., appointed as the Township’s Financial Advisor, for his recommendation.
Councilman Zeuli inquired on the term of the bond.
Mr. Nyikita stated 2012-2017.

RESOLUTIONS:
Resolution No. 77-2011 – Resolution of the Township of Evesham, in the County of Burlington, New Jersey Authorizing Application to the Local Finance Board Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:2-51
Comments: Township Manager Czerniecki stated that the Resolution authorizes the Township to go before the Local Finance Board for approval to issue refunding bonds.
On motion by Deputy Mayor Howarth, seconded by Councilwoman Hackman, it was moved to adopt Resolution No. 77-2011.

Motion Carried: 4-0.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Rosemary Bernardi, 10 Halifax Court, stated she was addressing Council as a taxpayer, not a School Board Member. She requested that the Council pass a resolution in support of the Evesham Township K-8 School Budget, stating that it calls for a less than 0% increase.
Deputy Mayor Howarth stated that he will be supporting the budget at the upcoming school election and that the board did a great job in preparing the budget. He further stated he could not speak for Council regarding a supporting resolution.
Mayor Brown thanked her for her comments.
STAFF COMMENTS
Township Clerk Bonfrisco informed Council that Financial Disclosure Statement Forms have been provided and must be filed with the Clerk’s Office.
Township Manager Czerniecki informed Council that the fueling station is operational.

On motion by Councilwoman Hackman, seconded by Deputy Mayor Howarth, it was moved to adjourn the meeting.
